Consistent communication with your past clients is the key to referrals and long term success.  We know that clients like to get periodic updates on the market conditions, just listed and solds, and any information that can guide them along so that when they decide to make the next move they will be in the best possible position.

It’s important to remember, however, that Real Estate is a relationship industry and it is wise to break-up your “business” messaging with things that focus on family, quality of life, and balance.  This month we’ve created a marketing piece that you can email to your clients that will fill the bill nicely.

2016 marks the 100th anniversary of National Parks and this marketing piece encourages them to get out and Find Your Park.  Below you can download the pdf, view the piece, and find the quick email that we’ve created that you can use as is or edit as you’d like.

QUICK FARMING TIPThis could be a great contest test to run in your farm this Summer.  Invite your clients to send you pics and stories about their National Park trips.  With their permission you can post all of the entries on social media and then select (or draw) the winner in September.  First prize could be a National Park Pass ($80 well spent).

Everyone loves a good celebration and with Summer swiftly approaching it’s time to think about spending some time outdoors with the family.  Where better to do that than in our National Parks which are celebrating their 100th anniversary!
I’ve put together (and attached) some information on the National Parks that will help you get ready for a road trip.
